I started be brave to help people realize their full potential. lifting isn't easy but anyone can do it! i want to help you learn proper technique f0r a life of safe lifting. 
when i started training i realized people weren't learning proper technique and no one was emphasizing mobility (stretching, foam rolling etc), which is important to keep your body strong and build on your lifting.

Get together a group of friends or coworkers together for a personalized workouT. Minimum commitment 2- 1hr sessions/ week for 1 month.
