Jill is The Best.

All I can say is that she is hurtless in her approach. There were never ending cries of approval while endeavouring to push my old body to a better level of performance. Initially I had problems with balance but as the various exercises were repeated, with particular attention to proper form, this area has had much improvement. The steady increase in weight and reps has allowed me to take on more challenges at the gym and contributed to a reduction of my overall body-fat content. She is attentive to when I need a quick recovery break so as not to push my body “over the limit.”

 

I attribute my success of weight reduction and increased performance to her ability to encourage reaching continued new heights and support for what works for me as an individual. Some exercises were adjusted to take in what really does and what really does not work for me. This has allowed my level of enthusiasm to wind up.
