Powerhouse Princess Transformation
Meet Katie. Katie has been part of my women's only strength training class for about 6 months now. Long lasting change takes time. Over the past 6 months Katie has gotten stronger, leaner, her posture has changed drastically and now she can do 2 full pull ups!
Katie started training and noticed great changes but she wanted to see more results so she asked about nutritional advice. Once Katie lined up her nutrion with being consistent at the gym her body hasn't stopped changing!
